OUR MISSION
Our goal is to help each of you find inspiration, advice, and nutritional tips to begin and/or enhance your own personal healthy lifestyle.
We get it. Between marriage, stress, parenthood, work, travel, and just everyday chaos it is SO easy to put our health on the back burner. WE HAVE BEEN THERE!
But here’s the thing…when we put our health as the last thing on our priority list, we naturally start to struggle in other areas of our lives. It’s hard to show up 100% as a spouse, coworker, and parent for our kids when we forget to show up for ourselves. But IT IS POSSIBLE!!
We want to share our story, how, as a couple, we balance health and fitness while owning businesses, being parents to two beautiful girls, traveling, and share our recipes and nutritional tips that we have found work for us so well!

After having two babies within two years and dealing with PP depression, I knew something had to change. I took my struggles and started to make small daily changes. Getting out of bed. Getting out of my pajamas. Moving my body a little more. Going on walks. Doing quick at-home workouts. Watching my nutrition. Making the jump to go to the gym.
It was hard. It was uncomfortable. But I noticed as I did these small things my mindset started to change and I started to trust myself. I was able to keep my promises to myself and gain more confidence. Fitness has not only been my outlet, but it has become a passion. It has healed my mind and given me opportunity to help others

Being a former college athlete I always loved competition and being competitive- but found it hard to stay motivated in the gym and nutrition once I hung up my basketball shoes.
After reaching nearly 300 lbs, I decided I needed to change. So I made a decision to step on stage. After losing nearly 100lbs, I accomplished my goal, and never looked back!
